Any Other Day

Today started of like any other day.....but wait! Ha, it's not! Today happens to be the 1st of October and happens to be last day of school (for the week sadly), hmm but at least I get the weekend off! Yahooooo finally the weekend of rest my poor poor brain...lol I kid it's not that bad. Neways will post pictures of fall and all the spendor that comes with it. Have a happy weekend!

Happy September!

Hehe, well I hope everyone's having a good September 'cause I sure am. September is the beginning of many things, it can be the beginning of school, the beginning of fall, in fact in can be the beginning of anything absolutely at all! LOL! Well I hope this fall doesn't end too soon and doesn't last too long, I want this year's seasons to be just perfect. Well stay warm people 'cause I think this year gonna be a cold one!

HIGH SCHOOL

Well today was the first day of high school even tho I'm still home schooled it's still really tuff. I hope I get good grades this year, wish me luck!

Last week's happenings

Well... last week's happenings, let's see on Tuesday I went to a park and hung out with my friends.....

On Thurday I slept over at Melo's house and spent the day at the beach...

May/June Birthdays

Ok yep huge fail with my part of not posting for like millons of years, but I had to post sometime about my awesome bothers and sister's birthdays which I didn't post about so I'll just type a few loving words about them.

First Brandon, thanks for always telling me that I can't sing with you that really encouraged me to keep singing. Second I think you're a great guy thanks for being my older brother that is not too tall to pick on. Anyways all that to say is I hope you had a great birthday, and I hope you enjoyed my carrot cake. May all your wishes come true. xoxoxo

Next is Oliver, thanks for always telling me that I need to learn piano so that I could become a great musician and read lots of music. I hope this next year is a blast for you, thanks for being my brother. I love you tons. xoxo

Last but not least........Elaine. Thanks for taking care of me and Jenny when Mom and Dad weren't there ,and I'll have many memories of of when you would take care of us. I'll really miss you when you go to Calgary (please don't stay too long), but all that to say is I love very much have a great 19th year!

A short story

Hey people here is a short story I read the other day and I thought it was funny so here it is enjoy!

Running with the Giants

I turned 60 last year and I've found that when you become 60, you become a philosopher about life. What I thought I would do in beginning this message, today, is I would read something to you that would explain life because we all have questions about life. And here's the great news - on this laminated card I'm holding, everything you ever wanted to know about life is right here. When anything's important, I laminate it. I think it sets it apart, makes it holy. If I had been Moses, going up Mt. Sinai, I would have laminated the Ten Commandments. I certainly wouldn't have put them on stone; those will break.
If you want to know about life, here it is on this card. This is what it says:
On the first day, God created the dog. God said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes by and I'll give you a lifespan of 20 years." The dog said, "That's too long to be barking. Give me ten years and I'll give you the other ten back," and God agreed.
On the second day, God created the monkey, and God said, "Entertain people, do monkey tricks, make them laugh. I'll give you a 20-year lifespan." The monkey said, "How boring. Monkey tricks for 20 years? I don't think so. The dog gave you back ten, so that's what I'll do, too, okay?" And God agreed.
On the third day, God created the cow. God said, "You must go out in the field with the farmer all day long, suffer under the sun, have calves, give milk to support the farmer. I'm going to give you a lifespan of 60 years." The cow said, "That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for 60 years. Let me have 20 and I'll give you back the other 40." And God agreed.
On the fourth day, God created man. God said, "Eat, sleep, play, marry, enjoy your life. I'll give you 20 years." Man said, "What? Only 20 years? I'll tell you what, I'll take my 20, add the 40 the cow gave you back, the ten the monkey gave you back, and the ten the dog gave you back. That makes 80, okay?" "Okay," God said. "You've got a deal."
So, that is why the first 20 years of our lives we eat, sleep, play, and enjoy ourselves. For the next 40 years, we slave in the sun to support our family. For the next 10 years, we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren. For the last 10 years, we sit on the front porch and bark at everybody that goes by. You have just had life explained to you.
